Indy Singh founded Fiducian as an independent financial services and funds management companyin June 1996. Indy has been Chairman of the Trustee’s Investment Strategy Committee since 1997. Prior to Fiducian, Indy spent over eight years with one of Australia’s largest financial planning and investment management companies, where he played a key role in the development and management of its funds management and research businesses.
Joining Fiducian Group in 2012, Rahul is the Chief Financial Officer providing financial and strategic stewardship to the group and has over 20 years’ industry experience. His responsibilities also include People, Commercial, Investor Relations and corporate M&A activities. He has diverse specialist background in operations, risk, compliance & control framework, change management / integration, projects along with overseas experience that enables him to achieve deep understanding of the business. He is a board member of group subsidiaries and is represented in key management committees.
Prior to Fiducian, he held senior finance roles in ANZ, ING, ICICI Bank and ONGC.
Alan is the first employee of Fiducian, joining about 21 years back. As the Chief Information Officer, he is responsible for Fiducian group’s Information Technology including software and system development, network architecture and Adviser Payments. Alan has been instrumental in the development of administration software (Fastrack), Financial Planning software (FORCe) and online reporting capabilities.
Prior to joining Fiducian, Alan was the Adviser Payments manager in a large dealer-group.
Conrad is the Head of Investments for Fiducian’s Funds Management segment since 1999. He manages the asset allocation and manager selection process for equities (domestic and international), listed property trusts, fixed interest (domestic and international) and other (including annuities, insurance bonds etc.). Conrad is a regular contributor for economic research and publications to clients, advisers and external media. He is a member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to Fiducian, Conrad was the portfolio manager of an East Asian Fund for five years and worked as Senior Research Officer at the Fiscal Policy Division in Australian Commonwealth Treasury before that.
Jai joined Fiducian in 2005 and heads up distribution functions for platform services and funds. His responsibilities include recruiting new planners to the group and source acquisition opportunities for advice clients and businesses. Jai is also a member of the Investment Committee.
Before joining Fiducian, Jai had worked for two years as an Investment Analyst with a Fund Manager and three years with big-four accounting firms in audit and consulting areas.
Ross is the General Manager Superannuation and is responsible for all aspects of the successful operation of Fiducian’s flagship superannuation offering, the Fiducian Superannuation Service (FSS).
He also serves as Executive Director on the Trustee Board of the FSS.
Ross has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector, having held positions as CEO of an industry superannuation fund for 9 years as well as Director of a major actuarial consultancy for 16 years.
Joining Fiducian in 2001, Luke is the Head of Platform Services and provides bespoke financial product solutions to Fiducian’s aligned financial planners as well as external advice groups and IFAs. Luke has over 17 years of industry experience, and has held a number of different roles in his time at Fiducian with a diverse background in operations, financial planning, technical services and para-planning. Luke is a board member of group subsidiaries and participates in key management committees and user-groups.
Paul joined Fiducian in August 2015 and has been instrumental in the strengthening and implementation of business initiatives, policies and procedures. As General Counsel of the Fiducian Group, Paul manages all legal, compliance and risk related issues which impact Fiducian Group’s activities. He is also the Company Secretary for the Fiducian subsidiaries.
Prior to Fiducian, Paul worked in senior legal positions in an industry super fund for 6 years, 5 years as a practicing lawyer and 4 years as an auditor in government and in a big four firm.
Paul is a qualified lawyer and a CPA.
Julie is the Head of Marketing & Communications whose responsibilities include brand strategy, brand management, marketing communications (including advertising, promotions and public relations), market research, channel marketing, and customer service.
With over 20 years in the financial services industry Julie has a high level of strategic marketing experience in wealth management, including aligned, corporate and franchise channels.
Robby joined Fiducian in 2007 as the State Manager for Financial Planning and took on the role of Head of Financial Planning in 2012 and Chairmanship of Fiducian Financial Services in 2016. He is responsible for around 60 Salaried and Franchised planners. He also leads the Compliance, Para-planning, Practice Development and Technical teams in Fiducian.
Prior to Fiducian, Robby was the General Manager of Financial Planning in Australia’s largest credit union bank for three years and Head of Retail Services for 2 years. Before moving to a Credit Union he held senior roles in a big-four bank for seven years.
Jessica brings years of experience from Risk and Compliance Management, Governance, Regulatory, Internal Audit and Financial Accounting. She has worked across many industries: banking, insurance, financial planning, superannuation and investment savings.
Jessica works hands-on to identify risks across various risk categories such as Strategic, Operational, Outsourcing, Regulatory, Liquidity, Investment and Governance. She works with Senior Managers, Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and the Board to build solutions to assess, evaluate, monitor and manage risks across all types of financial and non-financial risks.
Jessica is a member of CPA Australia, Risk Management Institute of Australia, Governance, Risk and Compliance Institute and Institute of Internal Auditors.
