Fiducian subscribes to the Australian Privacy Principles (APP), enacted under the Privacy Act (Commonwealth) and set out on the website www.oaic.gov.au. You should note that Fiducian may collect information about users of the site, may use such information for its own commercial purposes across the Group, but will not sell your information.
